(Video from 2’20) Riot police entered shopping malls in Tsuen Wan and Tseung Kwun O to arrest people including a doctor working in local public hospitals.
(Video from 1’20 to 1’37) In Tsuen Wan, when riot police were getting into an Emergency Unit vehicle, an umbrella and a brick were thrown from the footbridge by someone. Without verbal warnings or displaying any warning flags, police fired tear gas canisters to the crowd immediately. While one of the police was getting into the vehicle, they fired one more tear gas canister and left the scene right after.

在2019年9月22日，有警員在彌敦道上發難，其中一名警員突然大叫「邊個再嘈影住佢」，然後就衝向在行人路上的一名市民，並與多名警員衝上，並指「係咪你嘈、係咪你嘈」，警員隨即上前拉走被指「嘈」的市民到馬路上。隨即警員又推撞在場拍攝的記者，並噴射胡椒噴劑，包括多名記者、救護及路人被射中。

(a)(b)一名男子的腳夾在列車與月台之間的縫隙，其後警員強行以暴力將其男子的腳扯出。這涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。而過份武力對待被拘捕人士，在沒有合理辨解下，亦可能違反《侵害人身罪條例》各條。
