【Police attacked the Kowloon Masjid and Islamic Centre】Multiple citizens were shot by water cannon outside the Kowloon Masjid, which was located in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, and were transported to a hospital to check for injuries. Among the recorded injured are Mohan Chugani, former chairman of the Indian Association of Hong Kong, Executive Director of the Hong Kong Unison, and Jeremy Tam Man-ho.

從影片可見，約十名警察從上水天橋離開時，被一眾示威者包圍。示威者高舉雙手以示和平，數秒後，警察在沒有警告下向群眾使用胡椒噴霧來開路。這涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。而過份武力對待被拘捕人士，在沒有合理辨解下，亦可能違反《侵害人身罪條例》各條。

以強光射向記者阻撓採訪，粗暴推撞妨礙記者對警員行為作出投訴，警員道歉，但道歉警員沒有理會記者要求面對涉事警員的要求。涉嫌違反警察通例 (39-05)，警務人員應盡可能協助新聞媒體工作者的採訪工作。這亦涉嫌違反《警察通例》(20-14)各項中，市民提出要求，至少有一名軍裝警務人員應出示委任證，才可執行職務。
