在2019年8月24日，下午警方第一波驅趕行動中，速龍小隊從九龍灣警署跑出並制服數人，其中先被兩名速龍拖行，一名防暴警察再接手拖行一個臉部已受傷的示威者過百米，更有一名防暴警察用棍毆打其臉部後繼續毆打了數棍及腳踩後才停手拘捕，導致其背部紅腫及左臉流血。

在2019年9月29日，警方於灣仔天橋被示威者追趕，撤退時表現驚慌，曾開槍作掩護。有女記者懷疑右眼中槍倒地，由現場急救員急救，及後救護員到場治理，該記者神智清醒並表示眼部非常痛。據了解，該記者來自印尼，於一間本地印尼語媒體工作。
