從片段中可見，該少女被制服於地上後，其中一名防暴警員就如失控般阻止任何人上前了解，期間有市民不斷哀求警員不要太過重手，而當被按於地上的少女在疑似呼吸困難及驚恐過度的情況下，希望拉著其中一名防暴警員之腳部求救，該警員不單沒有理會，並且一腳踏於少女的手上，少女當場慘叫。在此以後，有救護員嘗試靠近幫少女處理手部傷勢，卻遭警員阻止，警員更一度將少女押返警處。
