In Ma On Shan, New Territories, a large group of riot police came out from police station claiming to disperse the demonstrators on street. Their guns and strong flashlights pointed to the nearby residents and buildings. And some of the police yelled and shouted to the nearby residents.

一示威者突然被防暴警察拖走，原因不明。配備警棍、圓盾以及長槍的防暴警察沒有配戴委任證，而且全部蒙面，或以反光貼遮擋臉面。這有機會違反《警察通例》(20-14)各項中，市民提出要求，至少有一名軍裝警務人員應出示委任證，才可執行職務。另外，利用強光照射記者，這涉嫌違反警察通例 (39-05)，警務人員應盡可能協助新聞媒體工作者的採訪工作。

片中顯示民眾平靜之際，白衫加黑背心人士 (懷疑是便衣警察) 突然施襲，在毫無預警下胡亂向民眾頭部施放胡椒噴霧。這涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。而過份武力對待被拘捕人士，在沒有合理辨解下，亦可能違反《侵害人身罪條例》各條。
