In Ma On Shan, New Territories, a large group of riot police came out from police station claiming to disperse the demonstrators on street. Their guns and strong flashlights pointed to the nearby residents and buildings. And some of the police yelled and shouted to the nearby residents.

人群中一名示威者指罵眾警員後，其中一名警員向該示威者發射橡膠子彈，示威者臉部被打中。當時該示威者站在警員約15米外，並未對警員構成威脅。這涉嫌違反《公安條例》第17條中，表明警務人員在阻止公眾聚集舉行，或停止或解散公眾聚集時，只可以使用「合理所需的武力」。
